The location of the caravan was great, being close to the site complex and situated in the heart of Towyn. the staff and owners were very friendly and helpful, providing all necessary information beforehand. the inside of the caravan was clean, bright, and well-equipped, with plenty of space in the rooms. the additional heating provided was a comforting touch.
The beds were uncomfortable and lumpy, causing three out of four guests to have to sleep on the sofas. For the price paid, this was unacceptable.

The caravan we stayed in at Palins Holiday Park was exactly what we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It had all the amenities and facilities we required, making it feel like a home away from home. The park itself was well-maintained and easy to navigate, with a clean and welcoming atmosphere. We also appreciated the prompt response from the park staff when there was an issue with rubbish outside another caravan. The nearby pub, Magpie and Stump, was a great option for affordable dining. we had a nice weekend at Palins Holiday Park.
Although the caravan had everything we needed, there were a few drawbacks. The bedding duvet set and pillows were covered in plastic, which made them uncomfortable to sleep on.

The location of the caravan park is convenient, with a pub next door called the Magpie and Stump that offers cheap and cheerful food and drinks. the park itself is well maintained and the staff are attentive, quickly addressing any issues that arise.
Some of the caravan's furnishings, such as the bedding and pillows, were uncomfortable and not properly cleaned between stays.

The location of the caravan was fantastic, allowing easy access to the nearby entertainment facilities. The staff were friendly upon arrival. The communication with the owner prior to our stay was good, and they even took care of previous guests' belongings. Although the cleanliness could have been better, the owner offered to reimburse us for the extra charge for bedding. Despite some minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning in the future. I would recommend this accommodation for its convenient location and the effort put in by the owner.

The bar staff were really friendly and the location was great, with lots of things to do nearby. We enjoyed our short stay and appreciated the fact that the owner let us view the property before sending a deposit.
The cleanliness of the caravan was not up to par. When we arrived, the sofa in the lounge was covered in dog hair, and we had to spend several hours cleaning it.
